Earlier in his career, Grant held progressively senior finance roles at Teck Resources Limited, New Gold Inc., and Copper Mountain Mining Corporation, gaining deep expertise in mine finance, capital allocation, and operational performance management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Leadership, combining rigorous financial discipline with a pragmatic, growth-oriented mindset. Grant is also a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
