HY Lee is an international energy and infrastructure executive with extensive experience managing large-scale industrial and power generation projects across Asia and the Middle East. He is particularly recognized for his leadership as Contract Director of Unit 4 of the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in the United Arab Emirates, part of the first commercial nuclear power program in the Arab world.
